| Description |
Testing machines with an automated component transport have an especially high test throughput.
DEUTROMAT Magnetic Particles Testing Machines which are equipped with a chain conveyor usually are capable of testing
two to four components per cycle (typical cycle speed: 12 s).
Loading is executed either manually in combination with a visual check, automatizes via a portal or by an industrial robot.
Inspection and sorting of the components usually is carried out in the outlet of the system where a
darkening cabin with an inspection desk is installed.
