The CYPHER ushers in the next generation of portable Phased Array Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors.
With the fastest TFM acquisition speed on the market and razor-sharp imaging, the system sets new standards for mobile inspections in the most critical industries. Be it oil or gas industries, aviation, or infrastructure: The CYPHER is a reliable companion for applications with the highest demands – even for complex weld seams and HTHA/HIC.
Its robustness and large range of functions independent of accessories guarantee a high level of operational readiness. Besides being splash-proof, dust-tight (IP65) and being drop-resistant according to MIL-STD-810G, the two built-in IPEX connectors make conventional splitters superfluous. For outside use, the bright 12,1″ touchscreen is easily readable in direct sunlight and the batteries with an operating time of up to 5 hours can be changed in just a few steps during longer operations.
The CYPHER supports up to 8 simultaneous and freely combinable groups (PWI/TFM, PWI/PCI, TOFD), 3-axis encoders and is available with configurations up to 64:128PR TFM128. Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity furthermore open extensive options for remote functions such as online collaboration, calibration, support and remote maintenance. Your established processes with CAPTURE and UltraVision stay unchanged when switching systems thanks to the seamless integration into the Eddyfi ecosystem.
