The companies KARL DEUTSCH and MR CHEMIE are both very successful, internationally active family-run enterprises in the field of non-destructive testing.

Back in 2021, a joint UV-LED Hand Lamp was developed with the aim to offer a product that fulfils all user requirements optimally: reliable, powerful and economical at the same time.
The lamp quickly became a fixture in the world of NDT.

Naturally, MR CHEMIE and KARL DEUTSCH are committed to constantly improve our products. Based on the feedback of many users, the next generation of our UV-LED Hand Lamp was developed: even more user-friendly, energy-saving and with practical functions that noticeably improve its usability during the daily operation.

The new lamp has an intelligent energy management: When being placed down, it turns off automatically, if it gets picked up again, it re-activates. This reduces the wear of the battery and increases the operation time significantly.
Additionally, an optical battery indicator now informs the user in time if the battery is running low. The operation itself was simplified as well: Switching between UV- and white light is done by a single push of a button.

The revised design also improves the lamp’s durability significantly and makes it a reliable tool even in demanding environments.

Needless to say, all relevant standards in the field of non-destructive testing are met – for maximum safety and conformity for every use case.
